L&W Investigations has renewed its contract with McDonald’s to perform workers’ compensation insurance claim investigations. The renewed contract also outlines the expansion of L&W’s services with McDonald’s to include investigation services for McDonald’s Tort and Compliance department. Tort and Compliance is responsible for claims that occur at McDonalds restaurants. “The expansion of our services for the McDonald’s organization provides a significant advantage for L&W as these cases are very lucrative and exciting” (Neal Lyons, CEO/Chairman L&W Investigations). L&W Investigations has already begun doing liability cases for McDonald’s and expects to see an expansion of these cases throughout the U.S.
Neal Lyons will also be a guest at this years’ national meeting for McDonald’s which will be held on the 28th and 29th of October in Chicago, Illinois. Last year Mr. Lyons had the ability to address the McDonald’s team which included the over 180 law firms that represent McDonald’s on their insurance defense cases. “Having direct contact with the defense attorney’s has really given us great exposure and has resulted in having many more law firms working with L&W Investigations.
We continue to open doors with this group as a result”.
Glenn Parker, owner of L&W Investigations Georgia franchise and Polk County, Florida since 2005 has recently acquired the Orlando, Florida territory and surrounding area from former owner Tobias Marano. “L&W is thrilled to have Glenn continue to grow his franchise with us and this acquisition will be a perfect fit and addition to Glenn’s territories,” (Neal Lyons, CEO L&W Investigations). Mr. Parker is also the Chairman of the NAC committee which is a liaison that represents all franchisees, companywide with the corporate office. “The Orlando, Florida market is key for L&W as is the entire state of Florida. We look forward to Glenn owning Orlando and we expect big things in the future.
Margaret Shumel, owner of the L&W Investigations territories of Westchester County, NY and the Bronx has expanded her territory to now include Brooklyn and Queens New York, thus tripling the size of her territory. Margaret and her team are committed to focusing their efforts on growing their business throughout the New York metro area. “We couldn’t be more flattered than to have a franchise that has been with L&W for such a short time, buy additional territory. This speaks highly for the L&W franchise system and shows the value of owning one of our franchises. We are confident that Margaret will be quite successful with her recent acquisition as these two additional territories have unlimited potential” (Neal Lyons CEO, L&W Investigations). L&W continues to expand its footprint throughout the U.S. and they continue to encourage their franchisees to grow and prosper.
